RNDr. Jaroslav Noskovič studied at the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics of Comenius University in Bratislava, where he obtained his PhD degree in Condensed Matter Physics. Subsequently, he started work at the Centre of Scientific and Technical Information of the Slovak Republic in the Technology Transfer Division. He is responsible for providing expert support services in the process of the legal protection of inventions and industrial property, in 2014 he was appointed head of the Department of Intellectual Property Protection and Commercialisation. He is the author of several specialist articles; from the 2016/2017 academic year he has been teaching intellectual property protection in international trade at the Faculty of Business of the University of Economics in Bratislava. He lectures in the study programme of the Industrial Property Office of the Slovak Republic and regularly presents at various scientific and specialist events.
