Prof. Ing. Tomáš Brestovič, PhD. is a vice-dean at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Technical University in Košice. He has been engaged in the research and development of hydrogen technologies with a focus on hydrogen storage, compression and separation for fifteen years. He is a co-author of the first Slovak low-pressure hydrogen-powered bus, a metal hydride compressor and a model of a hybrid hydrogen car as well as author of 256 publications, many of which are devoted to hydrogen technologies.
