Ing. Silvester Sališ studied at Faculty of National Economy of University of Economics in Bratislava. After graduation he was involved in scientific and technical policy research at Institute for Forecasting of Slovak Academy of Science. Currently he works for Slovak Centre of Scientific and Technical Information (SCSTI) as a professional on intellectual property protection and commercialization.
