Doc. Ing. Radoslav Židek, PhD. has been working in population and molecular genetics for more than 20 years. Over the years, he has specialized in assessing genetic diversity, nutritional genomics and food traceability. He works at Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra as a teacher and also performs expert activities in the fields of Genetics and Food industry. In recent years he is involved in helping students and researchers in food industry to realise their ideas in own companies or via intellectual property rights protection. He is a professional leader of scientific start-up NU3Gen that focuses on personalized food safety and food industry digitalization.
