Peter Cuninka obtained PhD. degree in 2020 in cybernetics at Faculty of Materials Science in Trnava, Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava. After graduating at engineer degree he was involved in Horizon 2020 framework programme and consequently also EIT scheme at Faculty. He coordinated the Teaming Challenge of Horizon 2020 project as a member responsible for organisational and financial aspect of the project. In 2017 after SUT was integrated into EIT Raw Materials he managed university activities from Project manager position.
Since 2018 he worked as a Head of International Project and Relations Department at Faculty of Material Science SUT where he implemented several projects also from EIT scheme (Raw Materials and Manufacturing). In 2021 he started working for EIT Manufacturing RIS HUB Slovakia and since 2022 acts as director of SUT Project Centre which coordinates this HUB. He is still working on project proposals and searching for development cooperation options for SUT.
