Miroslav Kubiš is a Head of Technology Transfer Department in Slovak Centre of Scientific and Technical Information (SCSTI) and one of Technology Transfer Centre of SCSTI key professionals. He leads the Committee for conceptual activities and cooperation established by National Centre of Technology transfer he founded. Cooperated on creation of National System for Technology Transfer support creation, the main subject of national projects NITT SK and NITT SK II implementation whose realization he managed in 2010-2020. Currently he participates in preparations of National Strategy for research, development and innovations which is a part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan of Slovak Republic. He initiated association activity that resulted in establishing Licensing Executives Society (LES) Czech Republic and Slovakia.
