Michal works for Restartup company that he has founded in 2012 and managed from the beginning a specialist for consulting and coaching in political marketing field, brands restart and development, PR strategies, communication, and leadership skills. Company´s business activities are situated in the Czech and Slovak republic as well as Western Balkans. He worked also as advertising agency MARK/BBDO strategic planner, coach and program officer in International Republican Institute and spokesperson of Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency. He is Brand Council member in Superbrands Slovakia, member of European Association of Political Consultants and activist in Slovak organization for Space Activities. He publishes and since 2016 cooperates with weekly magazine .týždeň.
