JUDr.Marek Samoš studied law at Comenius University in Bratislava. In the course of his studies, he worked in the Slovak branch of the international law firm White & Case. After graduating, he worked as a trainee lawyer and later he practised law independently. During his studies, as well as during his time in articles, he focused on several areas of law and especially on their relations to business. He also dealt with intellectual property law. He is currently Vice-President of the Industrial Property Office of the Slovak Republic in Banská Bystrica.
