JUDr. Laura Bachňáková Rózenfeldová, PhD. works at Faculty of Law of Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice at Gustav Radbruch Institute of Theory of Law. At the same time, she is also lawyer at Centre for Technology Transfer at the Technology and Innovation Park of Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice, which main goal is intellectual property protection and commercialization as well as coordination and support of start-up companies at the University. In her scientific and teaching activities she focuses mainly on information and communication technology law (especially regulation of platforms, personal data protection, illegal content and cyber security) and also intellectual property rights. She completed Intellectual property course accredited by Ministry of Education of the Slovak Republic at the Industrial Property Office of the Slovak Republic (2022).
