In 2005, Branislav Andreanský started as an outdoor instructor on team-building programmes focused on team-building and development. Over time, he specialised in the support and development of managers at various managerial levels. At Restartup s.r.o. Bratislava, in addition to management training, he was actively involved in political marketing, helping set up personal relation communications and overseeing the tactical implementation of communication strategies. Within the support programmes, he was engaged pro bono in strategic consulting and facilitation meetings with non-profit organisations and workshop activities on academic grounds.
For the last five years he has worked in the personnel area, being responsible for the process of selecting employees and managers, their adaptation, training, support and development.
