Anna Brziaková is an Associate Partner in consultancy company Civitta Slovakia, a.s., that focuses on supporting start-ups and their growth, helping research institutions to commercialize research, stable companies to bring world-class innovations and public institutions to prepare effective innovation policies with positive influence on innovations ‘ecosystem.
IN CIVITTA her main expertise lies in funding instruments of the European Union. This expertise is built upon more than fifteen years’ experience with various financial instruments of EU Grant policy (European Structural and Investment Funds, European Commission Grants, European Territorial Cooperation) with a focus on creating comprehensive and systematic grant innovation strategies to maximise funding efficiency, especially in research, development, innovation and international networking. Her experience also includes her engagement in project management, especially deep-tech projects, including the management of complex research teams. She spent more than ten years gaining experience in innovation management and development of relationships with strategic partners.
