Mgr. Andrej Rybovič is passionate about innovation and start-ups. He worked as a consultant in the Science and Technology Park, which supported early-stage entrepreneurs and start-ups in the Žilina region. He was responsible for preparing incubation and acceleration programmes for innovative companies and completed a three-month acceleration programme Startup Yard in Prague with the MindBox start-up. He completed study tours to incubators and accelerators in Europe (Yes! Delft, the Netherlands; Stardust-DTU, Denmark) and Israel (TheTime, Tel Aviv). He worked as an external consultant for the Founderscope, a German consulting company, where he used the innovative Gamified Startup toolkit to support innovation in companies.
Since 2019, he has been a project manager on the Inovujme.sk national project which, by way of the Ministry of the Economy of the Slovak Republic, increases the innovation potential of Slovakia.
