Martin graduated as a Master in Translation and Interpretation for European Institutions and Economy at the P. J. Šafárik University in Košice. He worked several years in project management and IT area.
He was leading American Trade Chamber of Slovak Republic (AmCham) Košice Office for seven years focused on representing interests of more than seventy regional members. He actively participated in local innovation ecosystem support, cross-sectoral cooperation and raising competitiveness of the region. He was engaged in founding the first international school in Košice as well as East Innovation Eastern Slovak Conference organisation.
In 2022 he joined the Košice City as Plenipotentiary of the City for Innovation & Economic Development where he works on intensifying cooperation between sectors, pilot projects management and innovation business development. He is responsible for taking care of existing as well as potential investments in the city and its surroundings. As a main negotiator of Košice city he played important role in Volvo Cars investment acquisition.
Mr. Mudrák considers the public administration and its active policy on local level as an important element of successful innovation ecosystem and positive business environment.
