Peter Kolesár is Partner in consultancy company Civitta Slovakia, a.s. that focuses on supporting startups and their growth, helping research institutions to commercialize research, stable companies to bring world-class innovations and public institutions to prepare effective innovation policies with positive influence on innovations ‘ecosystem.
He is also a board member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Slovakia (AmCham) as well as Košice IT Valley. He has more than 13 years of experience in working with startups and is also co-founder of acceleration programs Challenger and HealthCare Lab. Prior to that, he worked as a business and innovation consultant at the Slovak Embassy in the USA, where he concentrated on supporting innovation cooperation between Slovakia and the United States of America. He also worked as a business advisor at the Slovak Embassy in Tel Aviv.
