Vojtěch Chloupek is a partner in Bird & Bird, an international law firm. He heads the group dealing with intellectual property rights, technology & communications and personal data protection covering the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Vojtěch Chloupek is regularly appraised in the Czech Republic as one of the best legal advisers in his field. In addition to being repeatedly awarded the (International Law Office) ILO Client Choice Award, he is included in the „Managing IP Stars“ ranking scheme and „World IP Leaders“. He is an active member of the Licensing Executives Society Czech Republic and Slovakia, where he served as Chairman of the Managing Board for six years and at present as a Board member.
