Norbert Žilka is Chief Science Officer of AXON Neuroscience biotechnological company as well as Director of the Institute of Neuroimmunology of Slovak Academy of Sciences. He is engaged in Alzheimer´s disease research for 22 years. He was involved in development of first vaccine against Alzheimer´s disease and diagnostic test for AD. Norbert Žilka is founder of the first Slovak Brain Bank and author of National programme – Slovakia against dementia. He is publishing in top international scientific journals and organizes also popular science activities.
