Ľuboš Iro has headed the Siemens Healthineers R&D centre in Slovakia since 2015. The Development Centre, as a company’s “software house”, develops global solutions and products for medical diagnostics and therapy. In Slovakia it has more than doubled its size to the current approximately 450 specialists since 2015. Over this period, the Slovak Development Centre, among other things, has significantly developed and intensified co-operation with Slovak universities and clinical institutions and significantly expanded the portfolio of competences within Siemens Healthineers R&D. Ľuboš Iro graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava.
