Mgr. Dipl. Ing. Lenka Litváková studied at the Faculty of Business Informatics of the University of Economics in Bratislava (EUBA), specialising in Insurance Mathematics which she completed in 2003; she graduated also from her studies at the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava in 2008. She has been a member of the Slovak Chamber of Patent Attorneys since 2003. Since 2013 she has also been an authorised European patent attorney before the European Patent Office (EPO), an authorised attorney before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and an authorised attorney before the International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO). She is a partner and managing director of the company of patent attorneys LITVÁKOVÁ A SPOL., s. r. o.. She specialises in trademark and patent law, and also disputes in industrial rights.
