Iveta Palešová is a graduate of the University of Economics in Bratislava, Faculty of Business Management. Since 1995 she has been working in the pharmaceutical industry. She started her professional career at Janssen-Cilag, where she got experience on several positions in finance, logistics and pricing. After this period, she has been appointed as a manager of pharmacoeconomic and drug market entry in Roche Slovakia. Later she has been employed at similar position in Amgen Slovakia and as a manager of oncology drugs market entry for Novartis Slovakia. Since 2020 she works as AIFP (Association of Innovative Pharmaceutical Industries) Executive Director. Due to her long-time work in various positions in pharmacy industry she has wide experience in the field, especially in pricing and drug prices evolution, legislature and regulations in drug registration, sale, import termination and entry to Slovak market as well as regulations and laws concerning reimbursement of medical products, evolution of their consumption and finally data and their use in state drug policy in Slovakia.
