we would like to offer you occasion to participate in the COINTT event as a partner. In case you are interested in possibility to become partner of COOPERATION INNOVATION TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER 2022 (hereinafter only “COINTT”, “event”, or “Conference”), please look at our conditions specified in following rows.
COINTT Conference with international participation is organized by Centre for Scientific and Technologic Information (hereinafter only “SCSTI”) and its realisation is ensured by Technology Transfer Department. This year the Conference will take place on October 18th and 19th in conference premises that will be announced later on the event´s website – 3rd year of COINTT Conference following-up previous nine years of former Technology Transfer in Slovakia and abroad Conference – immediately after organizer confirms them (hereinafter only “Conference venue”).
This year the Conference is going to be organized in-site with the aim to create space for more intensive networking of its actors: participants, presenters (keynote speakers, speakers, hosts and panel discussions participants, consultants providing consultation in the stands as well as nominees, awarded and presenters engaged in competition “Award for Technology Transfer in Slovakia 2022”’ and event´s organizer (organizer, co-organizers, main partners, partners, media partners, other possible sponsors) with the goal to fulfil COINTT intention connecting scientific research institutions with business environment, implementing innovations for practise and creating space for representatives of all relevant participants in innovation activities from Slovakia and abroad to share their experience.
SCSTI will make visual (photos) and audio-visual record (video records) of all program’s entries using technology equipment of SCSTI, National Telepresence Infrastructure and other audio equipment compatible with it (hereinafter “NTI”).
COINTT´s mission is to draw attention of academic, professional and business public to transfer technology, intellectual property rights protection, innovations and business support. Its main goal is to support technology, knowledge, and experience transfer from Slovak public scientific research institutions (hereinafter “VVI”) to practise through creating space for meetings between scientific research workers, business sphere representatives, stakeholders and prospective investors. Target groups of COINTT are in general: all scientific research institutions workers (high management, technology transfer workplaces employees, scientists, doctoral students), industrial property professionals, business sector representatives (small and middle-sized entrepreneurs, start-ups, corporations), innovators as well as venture capital funds representatives. Thematic focus of COINTT 2022 is “Simplifying contact between academic and business sphere in technology transfer”. You can find more detailed description on www.cointt.sk.
We offer next partnership packages for COINTT Conference:
- “Event´s partner” – partner with full contribution 1000 EUR* (in words: one thousand euros). The partner will be mentioned in all printed and electronic promotional materials and can also place own logo and materials on designated point on Conference venue.
- “Silver partner” – partner with full contribution 6000 EUR* (in words: six thousand euros). Package Silver partner contains rent of conference premises in Conference venue, i.e., one conference room with own entry and stage. Silver partner can choose from these conference rooms: 1. minimal capacity 60 persons or 2. minimal capacity 40 persons. Silver partner has an occasion to perform at least four blocks, each one not longer than 1,5 hour – performances (panel discussions, presentations and discussion panels, presentations). As a part of Silver partnership package the organizer provides also other technical and organisational support of partner´s participation in Conference from own sources (technical equipment, sitting places reservation and arrangement, participants registration on-the-spot, hostesses, technical service on place, video recordings from Golden partner programs entries, their editing etc.)
- “Golden partner” – partner with full contribution 10 000 EUR* (in words: ten thousand euros). Golden partner package contains rent of two individual conference rooms in COINTT Conference venue with own entry and stage according to partner´s demand. Golden partner is entitled to choose from conference rooms: 1. minimal capacity 60 persons, 2. minimal capacity 40 persons, 3. minimal capacity 20 persons. These rooms can be used during both Conference days. Golden partner has an occasion to perform at least eight blocks, each one not longer than 1,5 hour – performances (panel discussions, presentations and discussion panels, presentations) As a part of Golden partnership package the organizer provides also other technical and organisational support of partner´s participation in Conference from own sources (technical equipment, sitting places reservation and arrangement, participants´ on-the-spot registration, hostesses, technical service on place, video recordings from Golden partner programs entries, their editing, publishing on event´s website etc.)
Each partnership package must be confirmed by contract (Partnership Contract).

Partnership Applications will be considered according to the date of delivery via e-mail and relevancy with event´s theme.
In case you are interested in Partnership package containing programs entry with panel discussions/presenting and discussion panels/presentations at least half of presented topics must be in accordance with the COINTT´s 2022 thematic focus. Its relevancy will be considered according to Abstract delivered after the Partnership contract is signed. Occasion to keep lectures will be only on October 18th, 2022, between 9:00-17:30 as well as on October 19th, 2022, between 9:00-17:30 (amount of them according to the contract).
