Slovak Innovation and Energy Agency (SIEA) has recently implemented a range of measures to strengthen innovation performance of national economies. One example of them are innovation vouchers. SIEA expects granting this way help for more than five million euros. All agencies face numerous problems and questions in implementation of this instrument that should be discussed and shared together with learning the best practices.
